Cancellation Policy

Official guidelines for order, donation, and membership registration cancellations at Leocare Foundation.

1. Donation & Contribution Cancellations

Once a voluntary donation or recurring contribution is successfully processed through our payment gateway, it cannot be canceled as funds are immediately allocated to active community welfare projects. If a transaction was processed due to a technical error or duplicate billing, please refer to our Refund Policy within 7 days.

2. Team Membership Registration Cancellation

Applicants may request to cancel their Team Membership application before official ID issuance by sending an email to support@leocare.org within 48 hours of payment. Requests submitted after ID card issuance will be processed as membership resignations without fee reversal.

3. Artisan Marketplace Order Cancellation

Orders placed for community artisan products can be canceled prior to dispatch (within 24 hours of order placement). Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.

4. Refund Processing Timeframe

Approved cancellation refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.
