Refund & Cancellation Policy

Users and donors may request a cancellation under the following terms:

• Donations & Contributions: Cancellation requests for recurring or one-time donations must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Team Membership Registrations: Cancellation of membership registration fees can be requested within 48 hours of application submission or before the issuance of the official Membership ID.
• Artisan Marketplace Orders: Product orders placed through our artisan portal can be canceled anytime prior to shipping dispatch (within 24 hours of ordering).

Refunds are processed strictly under verified circumstances including:

• Duplicate Deduction: If your bank account or credit card was debited more than once for a single transaction due to a network glitch.
• Payment Gateway Error: Technical errors resulting in unintended charges.
• Unauthorized Charge: Verified fraudulent charges reported with bank support.

Once a refund request is received and verified by our finance team, the approved amount will be credited back to the original source account (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
